Up until 2022, Rock Hills students hadn’t been able to participate in the E-Fair as a state-sanctioned event, as Jewell County was not an E-Community. In 2022, Network Kansas, the facilitator of E-Communities, received a grant to open up the competition regionwide. Now, the winner of the YEC (formerly E-Fair) at Rock Hills will be able to compete in the state competition. Further, we will also have access to the scoring software, Venture Dash, making things easier for entrepreneurs and judges.
